Report on project results in TCLF at EU, national and regional level – A first snapshot The report includes a comprehensive analysis of best practices, documents and projects implemented at European, national and regional levels in TCLF. Having an overview of what exists in TCLF in terms of education and training services in Europe can favour cooperation, exchange of experiences, and learning from each other.
Research methodology to identify occupations and skills needs analysis of the outcomes coming from the Skills Council Report SPIN360, with the collaboration of a group of experts coming from the partners mainly involved in this phase (IVOC, COBOT, CIAPE, PIN, Politecnico Calzaturiero and the Umbrella organisations CEC, COTANCE and EURATEX), made in-depth analysis on the Skills Council Report, the outcomes of Digital TCLF EU project and other European and national reports focused on the evolution of TCLF industries (drivers of change and emerging occupations).
Future needed skills and trends for the TCLF sectors This report contains a selection of the statistical findings of a survey among 225 companies from the textile, clothing, leather and footwear industry in 2018. The survey aimed to test the project hypotheses about skills needs in the field. This assessment was intended to provide input for the following phases of the project, in particular the choice of occupations for which we will update training content and offer it to (future) employees in the industry. The statistics from this report supported identifying the priority competence domains by the project partners.
Sectoral Skills Strategy for the EU TCLF industries EURATEX, in collaboration with the Skills4SmartTCLF Blueprint project partners, has produced an in-depth analysis of the textile, clothing, leather, and footwear industries examining employment figures and trends. This document aims to establish the first set of recommendations for industry, policy and education-related stakeholders as well as to present five distinctive scenarios describing how the industries may look like in 2030, which have been developed based on the research and know-how of the partnership. Best practices for recruitment and employment in TCLF This document includes a broad collection and analysis of EU, regional and good national practices. It presents the best case studies to recruit, employ and retain talents in the TCLF sectors, as well as an analysis of the key challenges they face in the recruitment and employment process.
Definition of TCLF VET Curricula Quality Label This label will only accredit the content and quality of the curriculum for the new
professionals of the TCLF industries based on the professional skills previously identified.
Evaluation of the Pilots – Summary Report The pilot phase allows having the first contact with end-users, which is an opportunity to gather
an evaluation of the developed resources before they become widely available.
To this end, a test plan was designed, with a division of the implementation phase among the 16
partners and the definition of a work plan to ensure the activity’s success.
Qualification Profiles for TCLF Smart Industries Eight profiles corresponding to the emerging or future needs of the industry using
the European Qualification Framework (EQF) as a reference has been created.
TCLF Education Programmes and Courses Existing in the EU This document goes through an overview of what exists in TCLF in terms of education and training services in Europe that can favour cooperation,
exchange of experiences, and learning from each other.
Training Curricula for TCLF Qualification Profiles The eight training programmes/curricula identified have been developed in several
successive stages to guarantee a structured description of their content based on
the EQF recommendations and according to the ECVET available guidelines.
