SUMMARY:ETSA showcases Educate!
DESCRIPTION:In the last two years\, ETSA worked together with HeurekaNet\, the Belgian Textile Federation\, the German Textile Cleaning Association\, the Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Association of the Czech Republic and the Swedish Textile Service Association in supporting the project “Improving E-learning in the textile care sector” funded by ERASMUS +\, which is now coming to an end. \nThe new Erasmus+ project\, “Educate! E-Learning for the Textile Care Sector” aims to improve social inclusion by opening educational and innovative opportunities to workers in the textile service industry. \nBy developing a digital platform\, which includes learning modules and tutorials as well as interactive explanatory videos\, an accessible and state-of-the art learning platform will be accessible to provide opportunities and upskill workers in the textile sector. The basics of textile care\, Workers will be able to learn at their own pace and utilize mobile devices to allow for an extremely flexible working experience\, which is key as we continue to contend with the COVID-19 pandemic. This platform will also succeed in promoting gender equality\, integration\, and social inclusion. This spirit of sustainable competitiveness is in line with the EU Green Deal goals as well as the European Skills Agenda. \nJoin this webinar to see this project in its final form\, and learn about the challenges and opportunities ETSA and partners found in creating this platform. \nWe are looking forward to seeing you there!
